Daltec cable
An original Daltec Cable and our own developed friction drive constitute a reliable solution with unique advantages. Compared to other drive systems the cable minimises both noise and energy consumption because it is both light and flexible. Especially in portioning systems, there is the added advantage that there is less of a tendency of feed residues settling on a cable than on other conveyors. It minimises both the waste and the mixing of different diets.

DALTEC CLEANING BRUSHES EXTEND THE SERVICE LIFE OF YOUR SYSTEM
Many systems eventually develop encrustations inside the pipes. This is not merely harmful to the animals, e.g. if flakes ends up in the feed; it also damages your system. Encrustations cause the pipes to narrow which means that the traction necessary to move the feed along increases. This results in significantly higher wear and tear and the system ends up needing servicing earlier and more often.
The cleaning brushes are available for 50, 60 and 63 systems. We recommend the use of the cleaning brushes especially in portioning systems and phase systems with empty operation.
