BIO-FIX

BIO-FIX® is designed for loose sows. Each Bio-Fix® dispenser can serve up to two animals. The system is comprised of a feed line and a no. of BIO-FIX® dispensers. Each of the dispensers is equipped with two augers in the buttom funnel. This leads the feed to each side. Via a shut-off damper the dispenser can also be set to only serving one animal. The dispenser is typically placed between two separated eating spots. Dispensing takes place at a pace equal to the eating speed of the slowest animal. This reduces the risk of fighting during feeding.
