Drive units

All Daltec drive units are equipped with the unique friction drive. The friction drive has a special drive wheel without cogs that provides a very powerful yet gentle power transmission to the wire. All drive units also have a combined manual and automatic tensioning device as well as a speed sensor.

For systems with high quantities of feed

Powerful drive unit for the 63-mm system. The self-emptying housing means that any feed remnants are automatically led out of the unit by the wire.

Drive unit 60
Reversable drive unit for the 60-system

This drive unit can easily be mirror-inverted and is, thus, easier to place in the correct position in the system. Is designed for feed passage and may also be used as a secondary drive.

LSG 50
Powerful drive unit for the 50-system

Powerful unit for the 50-mm system. The self-emptying housing means that any feed remnants are automatically led out of the unit by the wire.

SG 50
Powerful drive unit for the 50-system

A simple and compact drive unit for the 50-mm system for smaller systems or as a secondary drive in larger systems. The self-emptying housing means that any feed remnants are automatically led out of the unit by the wire.

UNIC 38 and UNIC 50

Compact drive unit for the 38- and 50-mm systems. Suitable for installation near the ceiling or at low ceilings, as the wire inlet is located in the top of the machine. Can easily be mirror-inverted and is therefore easier to place in the correct position in the system. 

STD 38 and STD 50

Simple and compact drive unit that is designed to also accommodate double drive. The self-emptying housing means that any feed remnants are automatically led out of the unit by the wire. Used in smaller systems or as a secondary drive in larger systems.

Double drive for STD drive units

A set that comprises an extra drive wheel and feed passage to STD drive unit. By letting one wire loop pick up the feed from the silos and letting the other pass it around in the building, the tension is distributed on two driving wheels. It is thus possible to expand the system by approx. 30 %.
