Drive units

All Daltec drive units are equipped with a friction drive pulling wheel. This unique principle transmits the power to the cable only by means of a friction grip on the cable discs. This gives a very powerful but still gentle grip on the cable discs so that the risk of damaging the discs is extremely low. All drive units also contain a combined manual and automatic tensioning device as well as a speed sensor for electronically monitoring the cable speed.

LSG-63 - for transport of high quantities
Powerful drive unit for the 63-system. The self-emptying housing lets this drive unit serve as a main as well as a secondary drive unit in a system.

LSG-60 - Drive unit for the 60-system - changeable pull direction
This drive unit can easily be mirrored to fit different installation requirements. The cabinet is designed for feed passage which also makes this drive unit usable as a secondary drive unit in large systems.

LSG-50 - strong drive unit for the 50-system
Designed for longer 50-systems where more power is needed, than the Standard-50 drive unit delivers. This drive unit is also designed for feed passage, making it possible to serve as a main as well as a secondary drive unit.

UN 38 and UN 50
The UN drive units are compact drive units intended for systems where the tubes are placed closely to the ceiling. It also provides more pulling force than the Standard-50 drive units delivers, so it's also a good choice for bigger systems. The cabinet is designed for feed passage, making it a good choice also as a secondary drive unit is longer systems.

Double drive unit - two drive units on one!
A compact drive unit for the 38- and 50-system. This drive unit contains two driving wheels! One wheel pulls feed from the silo to the drive unit. The other wheel pulls the feed through the distribution section of the system.

Standard-38 and 50
A very compact drive unit for smaller systems or for sections in bigger systems. This drive unit is designed for feed passage, making it suitable as a main drive unit as well as a secondary drive unit in longer systems.
